Taken from a single vineyard from the Barossa floor, Barossa. Grown on an ancient sandy loam soil with a low fertility. The wine has an intense dark brick red colour and a bouquet of dark morello cherry and spice. It has been crafted to enhance the rich, dark morello cherry and ripe raspberry fruits, with a combination of new American and new French oak, finishing with a silky tannin finish. Rewarding in flavour the wine has complexity and elegance.
