The Barbaresco DOCG di Piazzo “Pajorè” is a new addition to this winery’s range, which also includes three other Barbarescos.

Pajorè is a company cru, made from vineyards located in the municipality of Treiso and named after the ancient estate. Here, the nutrient-poor soil enhances Pajorè's aromatic qualities. A nine-month aging period enhances a balanced red color, slightly garnet in the glass, where fresh balsamic notes and red wildflowers immediately emerge.

On the palate it is harmonious with a dry tip in the defined and vibrant tannin that accompanies the length of the taste.
