Sangiovese was our first ‘alternative” variety planted on the estate and is extremely well suited to Rosé with naturally high acid and bright red fruits. Fresh guava strawberries raspberries and a slightly creamy texture. The fantastic acid profile of Sangiovese provides brightness with a chalky textural finish. A delicious dry style Rosé drink now before it’s gone!
