Attractive aromas of red currant dark cherry and spice with a just a touch of damp undergrowth. The subtle French oak is as much in the background as the fruit is in the foreground. A medium bodied palate displaying fine silky tannins balanced acidity and barely perceptible oak. The red and black currant flavours are rich long and juicy.
