Selected parcels of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Semillon (20%) from Western Australia’s premier Margaret River region were fermented separately without oak maturation and blended to deliver a wine with a little more mid-palate weight than our 100% Sauvignon Blanc – and with a distinctive citrus edge to the fruit spectrum. We’re pleased with its crispness and balance.
