Saint James rum cellar master Marc Sassier is behind this series of four vintages, which pays homage to the distillery's finest vintages.
This AOC Martinique agricultural rum was distilled in a Creole column, then transferred to 200-liter American oak barrels on December 12, 2006. The barrels were not topped up, and were decanted on November 18, 2022. The 15-year aging process was carried out entirely in the tropical climate of Martinique, in the cellars located in Sainte-Marie.
It was bottled at cask strength in a limited edition of 4,910.
