Sauvignon Blanc grapes from See Saw’s organically certified vineyards are harvested during the cool morning air. This fresh crispness was directly pressed, fermented and then bottled in May 2023 to capture the zesty, cool climate stylings of this high altitude Sauvignon Blanc.

The bouquet opens with lifted aromas of grapefruit, passionfruit, melon and citrus with attractive grass and herbaceous characters. A fresh, cool climate Sauvignon Blanc with a grippy herbaceous edge. Tropical mid-palate of passionfruit. Vibrant and refreshing flavours are complemented by lovely natural acidity and balance.
