A Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz blend. Opaque dark red black core with a bright dark red hue. Lifted red currant and mulberry fruits intermix with cedary tobacco characters, dusty earth and pepper. Medium bodied with a soft elegant mouthfeel, flavours of red currant and red liquorice are to the fore overlaying a back drop of cedary tobacco characters and spice. Fine grained tannins. Concludes with a spicy red fruited aftertaste that shows medium length.
