Style: A limited-edition blended wine made from fruit grown on our estate in the Pyrenees barrel fermented separately in small French oak before being assembled.

Tasting Notes: This is a wine of balance and complexity. With aromatics of lemon zest brioche and faint oaky undertones the aromas pair seamlessly with a palate that carries rich developed flavours right through to the finish. A soft chalky minerality refined acid and a subtle use of oak further add to the structure and richness of the wine.

On the palate this wine shows a lovely acid backbone and nice texture from its work on lees in barrel. It presents a vast array of flavours from the combination of varietals in the blend.
