Certified organic with a splash of Mourvedre included. Maturation took place in a combination of French barriques, puncheons and demi-muids of which 10% were new.
Totally opaque black dark purple colour with a deep purple red hue. Aromas of red to dark plum, liquorice and blueberry intermix with vanillin cedar and earth notes. Medium bodied, fresh and juicy the palate has an energetic flavour profile of spicy red plums and liquorice over vanillin earth, blueberry and pepper elements. Polished yet sturdy tannins with bright acidity and a savoury red fruited finish.
