This single-vineyard Sangiovese from the oldest vines represents the heart and soul of Montefili. The palate is intense with a cascade of fruits: dried cherry, ripe nectarine, orange peel, and fig. Notes of cinnamon, ginger, and smoke adorn an important backbone. Velvety, elegant, and unique with a very long, meditative finish.
