Wild Oats Wines are produced by premier Australian winemakers the Oatley family. Well known for their sailing and tourism pursuits the Oatley's first major venture was in fact wine. Refined in structure and texture detailed and generous in personality and served in the slickest of bright fashionable packaging - Wild Oats wines set the scene for every enjoyable occasion.

The aim with this blend was to produce a wine with both structure and personality. Whilst matured in predominantly French oak the wood character does not dominate allowing the cabernet's blackcurrant and mulberry fruit to stand to the fore. Will age if you wish but drinks very well right now.
