Grapes for this Shiraz were cold-soaked in separate parcels prior to fermentation. The wine was aged for 18 months before blending. Poured into a glass the resultant drink flaunts a beautiful medium purple colour. On the nose aromas of plummy fruits are complemented by rich spices. These fragrances pave the way for a full-bodied palate revealing supple soft and smooth texture culminating in a long finish. This varietal can be paired with lamb preparations meat pie or simply sausage rolls.
