VINIFICATION
The harvest was planned on the 28th of September in perfect weather conditions. All grapes previously selected and partially de-stemmed were foot trodden in stone lagares during all the fermentation process (10 days). The aging was developed in neutral french oak barriques during 22 months.
TASTING NOTE
Aromas of spices, wild berries and distinctive graphite, which provides very sophisticated and complex notes. Pure flavours of cherry, raspberry and mineral notes, this wine is vibrant, firm and well-defined with charming acidity and lingering aftertaste.
