With shallow mineral-rich soils indicated by rocky outcrops and scattered “Fieldstones” the Zieglers identified the Eden Valley as an ideal location to grow elegant Riesling. Aromatic with bright citrus and honeysuckle flavours natural acidity and a crisp dry finish.
