We recommend careful decanting. Once opened it displays aromas of white pepper, maraschino cherry, liquorice and mocha coupled with restrained pencil shavings of French oak. The palate displays a tightly wound balance of cherry, red currant, blueberries and fresh acidity. Dusty tannins complement the finish which is dry and clean with tremendous length.
