Spinifex's second label has never been in better form.

The core of the Miette Shiraz is sourced from four key vineyards in Ebenezer, Bethany, Tanunda and the Moppa; site that deliver bold, honest, deep Shiraz flavours and structure. Weaving in freshness and length, Schell leavens the valley floor wines with leaner fruit from the higher country of the Barossa Ranges and Eden Valley. Hand harvested fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts with a portion retained as whole bunches. Elevage is undertaken in a range of differing French oak vessels of 225 to 3000-litres capacity and a portion retained in stainless steel. Bottled 18 months after vintage.

It's a great-value, righteous brew deep in flavour, texture and personality.
