Ben has quite a long connection with Sauvignon Blanc, from working with the variety in Bordeaux in 1986 to producing it while working as head wine maker at Wirra Wirra from 1988-2001. He has always thought the flavour profile was incredible and here we are with our own Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc.
